25 minute AMRAP in teams of 3 

20 Wall ball 20#/14# 

10 Power Snatches @ 95#/65# 

15 box-jumps 24"/20" 

 + 

10 synchro burpees 

20 cal Row  (one partner holds FLR while on one rows) 

 *The Wall ball, HPC, and Box-jumps will be done individually at the same time. 

Each round you must do a different movement. All 3 team members must be done before starting the burpees. 

Row and hold can be split however, one person will be doing nothing during the Row.
