Due to the road conditions and the weather looking like it is going to get worse, we have decided to cancel the morning classes tomorrow. We will keep you posted about the afternoon classes and possible open gym.
At home bodyweight workout
A. 5 rounds for time
60 mountain climbers
40 air squats
20 hand release push-ups
B. 50 supine leg raises
Or
30 leg levers if you have something sturdy to hold on to
