A1. Front squats x 2 reps; HEAVY and build
A2. Double KB or DB overhead carry x 30m
A3. Double DB or KB bent over row x 10
B. AMRAP 15 min
2 muscle ups
4 handstand push-ups
8 kettlebell swings 70,53
